3. Orders & Order Confirmation

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dermocosmetic products, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original, unopened packaging

Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in our Refund Policy.
